ASSISTANT HEAD CHEF / HEAD CHEF

We are looking for a full time Assistant Head Chef to work alongside our highly experienced head chef Archie, with the opportunity in the future to become Head Chef when he fully retires.
This Fantastic opportunity is to work alongside one of the best chefs in the area at the Bryn Arms Gellilydan. You should have a passion for cooking, be able to work both as an individual and part of a team within a busy kitchen. Attention to high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene is important.
This is a full time post, on a permanent all year round contract with a great hourly pay and benefits for the right person.
